EVE Park

EVE Park is a fully solar-powered 84-unit condo community in London, Ontario. EVE Park introduces a new form of sustainable living. From a parking tower that frees up green space, to the car-sharing program, sustainability and energy efficiency is embedded in the design.

West Five

The largest smart community in North America. The teams set ambitious goals for achieving net-zero energy, reducing water consumption, establishing EV-readiness, and using smart grid infrastructure. Hēlio is a 10-story rental apartment building, designed with comfort and sustainability in mind.

The Grocery Store of the Future

The first sustainable supermarket in Canada. This project included an aggressive goal of reducing 1,500-2,000 metric tons of greenhouse gases per year.
